The Marketplace (Dining Hall)

Hours and Services

At the marketplace, food lovers can indulge in an all-you-can-eat experience at the dining hall, which boasts 11 food stations serving a diverse range of dishes. Guests joining us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner will be charged the following door rate:

  • Breakfast: $9.50
  • Brunch: $13.50
  • Lunch: $13.50
  • Dinner: $13.50


Food Stations - Among the stations are Simple Servings, Hometown, Vegan Veg, The Beach Grill, Pizza/Pasta, Creamery, The Deli, Global, Tex Mex and U-Cook.


Our U-Cook station promote the exploration of one's culinary talents among students and staff. As part of our service, we provide a comprehensive assortment of ingredients, encompassing proteins, vegetables, sauces, condiments, cooking pans, and utensils.

Food Allergies:

For our guests with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or who prefer simple foods, Simple Servings station offers safe and delicious meal options.

Special Dietary Needs:

Students with special dietary needs can access Simple Zone, which is nut free, gluten free, and dairy free. Students also may consult with our campus dietitian Samantha Zajac
